All our chassis are made from 5/8" thick extruded aluminum, running the full length of the trailer for enhanced
Rigidité
Résistance à la corrosion
Durabilité dans le temps

All our tank trailers are equipped with the following running gear systems:
Hendrickson suspension systems
IMT axles rated at 30,000 lbs each
Michelin XZE 11R22.5 tires mounted on aluminum wheels
ABS drum brakes with air system, 30/30 brake chambers, and automatic slack adjusters
On 4-axle models

Sealed LED lighting system with waterproof seven-wire harness.
Reflective tape, clearance lights, and signal lights compliant with road safety standards.
Two sets of recessed lights integrated into the bumper.
LED lighting in the control boxes for the door-opening cylinders and hydraulic motors.
Two reverse lights mounted on the front fenders of the tank and four reverse lights at the rear, also used to illuminate the feed unloading area. Each LED light provides 1,800 lumens or more.

All our tank trailers are equipped with a high-performance cast iron rotary airlock valve from Eloquip.
10-vane rotor with adjustable hardened steel knife blades
Ultra heavy-duty hydraulic motor equipped with an adjustable 40/60 oil flow divider and variable speed control
4-inch outlet with Daffin adapter

The roof of our grain tank trailers is designed for both functionality and safety:
The loading opening measures 50" wide on our standard models and 56.5" on U-shaped models.
The roof is fully sealed with two full-length tarps, operated by manual cranks at the front and rear for opening and closing.
A non-slip aluminum grating walkway, 18" wide (20" on U-shaped models), runs the full length on the driver’s side. It is accessible via ladders at the front and rear.
The walkway is equipped with a foldable safety railing operated by an air cylinder, activated by a control at the front of the trailer. It also includes a safety system that automatically lowers the railing when the brakes are disengaged.
All our grain tank trailers are also equipped with an air line and blow gun for cleaning feed residue, conveniently stored in a toolbox mounted on the walkway

Our grain tank trailers are equipped with a drag conveyor system that moves grain from the different compartments to the rotary airlock located at the rear of the trailer:
Polyethylene paddles are driven by a chain and sprocket connected to an ultra heavy-duty hydraulic motor
The motor is equipped with an adjustable 40/60 oil flow divider and variable speed control
The interior of the drag conveyor tunnel is lined with stainless steel
The conveyor now runs through a single tunnel at the bottom of the tank for improved efficiency and reduced risk of grain contamination
The system is positioned lower to provide a better grain flow angle
A grain chute allows for gravity unloading into bags
“Flush bin” system with an air cylinder to purge the hopper with corn at the end of unloading, helping prevent cross-contamination

The various hydraulic and air systems are controlled by actuators grouped in two control boxes located at the rear of the trailer on the driver’s side:
A 2-position pneumatic actuator for opening and closing the doors of each compartment
A variable speed actuator for the conveyor and one for the rotary airlock
Option to group all actuators into a single sealed control box at the rear of the trailer on the driver’s side.
The actuator for the vacuum system and the actuator for the “flush bin” will also be included if these options are selected.

Toolbox

Our grain tank trailers are equipped with various gauges, all located in the same control boxes as the actuators:
1 air pressure gauge
1 load gauge
1 hydraulic oil pressure gauge

Holland Mark V two-speed landing gear with crank handle on the driver’s side
King pin: standard model mounted on a reinforced ½" thick plate
¼" thick aluminum bumper, compliant with regulations and including full lighting assembly
Long aluminum fenders at the front and chrome half-moon style fenders over the rear axles
Rubber air line hose connecting the truck’s air system to the trailer

1" pressure and 1-1/4" return hydraulic steel lines
Hydraulic quick-connect fittings at the front
Optional stainless steel hydraulic lines

All our tank trailers are painted according to your preferred color, including the chassis and suspension.
Each component is sandblasted beforehand to ensure optimal adhesion.
A high-build epoxy primer is applied.
Two coats of high-performance, high-gloss polyurethane topcoat are then applied.

All our grain tank trailers are built exclusively from strong and lightweight aluminum extrusions and sheets:
Exterior walls and dividers are 1/8" thick
Front and rear conical ends are 3/16" thick
The base of the tank is made of two full-length 3/8" thick aluminum extrusions, directly welded to the chassis
